All your Gmail accounts.
One calm Mac app.

Nuncio — Latin for messenger. It delivers your mail; it doesn’t read it. Your accounts side by side in the original Gmail interface: native, light and no-frills.

Coming to the Mac App Store macOS 14+ · Apple Silicon
Why Nuncio

For Gmail. For all your accounts. Above all, simple.

Real Gmail

Not a rebuilt mail client — the original Gmail web interface, with everything you know, from labels to keyboard shortcuts. Works with regular Gmail addresses and Google Workspace.

All your accounts

Every account fully signed in on its own, side by side in one window. Switch with a click or ⌘1–9 — always instant, never a reload. Badges per account, one total in the Dock.

Above all, simple

No workspaces, no app library, no AI assistant. Mail and the Google tools that belong with it — Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet — per account. Nothing more.

Multi-account

Every account truly separate. All of them one key away.

Each account signs in on its own, in its own isolated storage — like separate browser profiles. They never mix, and they’re all right there.

Truly isolated

Own sign-in, cookies and site data per account. Nothing bleeds between them.

Instant switching

One click or ⌘1–9. Every account stays loaded, so switching never waits.

Badges per account

Unread counts on every circle, one total in the Dock — each counter switchable.

Tools per account

Calendar, Drive and Docs open as tabs inside the account they belong to.

Floating account panel

Your mail in view, even when Nuncio isn’t.

A small panel that floats above all your other apps, in every Space: your accounts with their unread counts, always at a glance. When mail arrives, a card slides out — click it and you’re on the right message in the right account.

Drag it wherever you like, vertical or horizontal, choose per account whether it joins — and it respects your Mac’s Focus mode.

Features

Everything you need. Nothing that distracts.

Native notifications

On or off per account; a click opens the exact message in the right account.

Dock badge

One total across all accounts — and every counter can be switched off.

Compose as a tab

Pop-out mail windows become tabs in the bar — nothing gets lost behind the app.

Default mail app

Click any email address anywhere → pick your account, message ready to write.

Links to your browser

External links open outside the app; Google links open in the right tab.

Google tools per account

Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet and Keep — each inside its own account.

Light and dark

Follows your Mac, or force a mode — the web apps recolor along.

Light on the battery

Native Swift and WebKit; slows in Low Power Mode, pauses when the screen sleeps.

Downloads at hand

A bar at the bottom with progress per file; click to open, right-click for Finder.

No workspaces.

No library of a thousand web apps, no tabs into your entire life. Nuncio does one thing — your mail — and does it calmly, quickly and well. That’s not a limitation; that’s the point.

Privacy

Yours, on your Mac.

Nuncio has no servers, no accounts of its own and no telemetry. Each mailbox lives in its own isolated storage on your Mac, like separate browser profiles. Nothing about your use is collected — there is simply nowhere to send it.
